be placed via our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
Making A Purchase
Making a
purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click on the
add to basket button to put them into your shopping basket. After you
have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your
order.
PayPal
You can make your
payment to 2Crossings via Paypal, the global leader in online payments.
With Paypal, you can safely pay for your purchase with a credit/debit
card, bank account or PayPal balance. SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
technology is used to keep your information safe. Payments are
made immediately, quicker than sending cheques or postal
orders.
Order
Confirmation
When you have successfully placed your
order, you will be sent an email immediately with your order and payment
details. You will also be sent an email confirmation once your order has
been shipped. All order confirmations are sent to the email
address that you provide to us at the checkout. Therefore, please make
sure that this email address is correct and your mailbox is in proper
working order.
Postage and
Packaging
All orders are shipped Royal Mail First
Class. A charge for postage and packaging will be added to your
order total before your submit your payment.
Delivery
Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4
working days after we receive your payment. (although we normally send
out our order within 24 hours!) We do try to ensure that we have a
good stock of all products, but from time to time some items sell faster
than we can anticipate. If the item you order is out of stock we will do
our best to get it for you as soon as possible. In these cases, you will
be informed of any delay by email.
Orders from
Outside the UK.
PayPal has a secure global network of
more than 56
countries, and buying in different currencies could not be easier.
On the payment details page, PayPal will show you the current exchange
rate and the equivalent amount in your Primary Currency. When you pay,
PayPal will handle the conversion for you. Please note that your
goods may incur customs charges when arriving in your country, and
2Crossings has no control over these charges, and cannot therefore, be
held accountable for any such charges made.
